  • What are the lease terms?
  • We offer lease terms of 12 months.
  • What is the pet policy?
  • 1 pet per unit is welcome.  Pet must be 1 year of age and not exceed 30 lbs. Breed restrictions apply.
  • How do I apply?
  • You will need to complete an application packet which is available in person, on our website or via email. A $35.00 application fee and a $75.00 administration fee will be required to begin processing the application. Call our leasing office at 817-594-0744 if you have any questions.
  • Where can I pick-up the keys to my assigned unit?
  • Your keys will be available on the day you have scheduled with the Leasing Office as your “move-in” day. The name on the lease must be the person who picks these keys up. All keys will be held at the Leasing Office which is open normal business hours.
  • Can I get my deposit back if I cancel my application?
  • Within 72 hours deposits are refundable. After that time period, deposits are non-refundable unless special circumstances apply.
  • What do I do if I lose my keys?
  • Go to the leasing office during regular business hours , it may have been turned in. If not, submit a work order and we will change the locks and get you new keys . You will be billed for the cost of replacing the lock(s) and keys.
  • How do I make a maintenance request?
  • Easily.  Just come by the office and we’ll fill out a quick form for you to get prompt attention.  If there is a problem getting to the office, call.  You may also make an electronic maintenance request via our website.
  • What if I have a maintenance emergency after office hours?
  • If you have a maintenance emergency after hours, you will need to call the office phone number and follow the instructions given by the service. Please be sure to leave your name, apartment and phone number, along with a brief message describing the problem. An on-call maintenance person will return your call. Please reference your Community Policies to see what constitutes  "emergency maintenance".
  • When is the rent due?
  • First day of the month.
  • What forms of payment do you accept for rent?
  • Check, money order, cashier’s check or through the online payment portal found on our website.
  • How much are late fees, and when are they applied?
  • $50.00 on the 5th and $10.00 per day until paid in full.
  • What is the cost of breaking the lease?
  • 85% of one month's rent.
  • What is the deposit?
  • $375.00
  • How much of the deposit is refundable?
  • All.
  • Is there an application fee?
  • Yes, $35.00
  • What is the policy on guests?
  • Anyone staying more than 7 days you need to notify the office.
  • Are there hook-ups for washers and dryers in the apartments?
  • Yes.
  • May I sublease my townhome?
  • No.
  • Are there any limitations on decorating my townhome?
  • Yes, no painting or wallpaper.
  • Is renters insurance required?
  • Yes, it is required.
